Requirements

Experience in same or similar position.
Proven experience in sales and customer support.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using Microsoft 365.

Nice To Haves

Experience in the construction industry, specifically having knowledge of stucco, EIFS, or masonry preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
Provide technical support to customers, including answering product questions, visiting job sites, and troubleshooting.
Provide customer support, including helping with product orders and delivering samples.
Identify and pursue opportunities to grow sales.
Conduct educational presentations and hands-on training on our systems and products.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities, and gather customer feedback.
Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote products.
Other duties as assigned.
