About The Position

Carlson Distributing, Utah's largest beer distributor, is seeking a Sales Representative to manage an established territory throughout Southeastern Utah. Requirements

Sales, customer service, account management, or relationship-building experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage priorities and work independently.
Organized and detail-oriented.
Customer-focused with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
Ability to safely perform the essential physical functions of the position, including moving product and merchandising materials as needed.
Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening, motor vehicle record review, and any other job-related screening requirements permitted by law.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for customers throughout Green River, Moab, Monticello, Mexican Hat, and surrounding communities.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Grow sales through product placement, promotions, and new item distribution.
Manage customer orders and inventory levels.
Identify opportunities to improve account performance.
Ensure merchandising standards and displays are executed effectively.
Maintain regular communication with customers and internal teams.
Manage your territory and daily priorities with a high level of ownership and accountability.
