As a sales representative in Stryker's Sports Medicine specialty, you will be the primary contact for Stryker products. You will act as a sales lead, preparing for and participating in sales pitches and demo meetings. You will also collaborate with cross-divisional sales representatives to establish strategic goals and targets. Your responsibilities will include participating in trade shows, analyzing market territories, managing inventory reports, negotiating prices and terms, and resolving product issues for customers. Beyond just selling products, you will serve as a subject matter expert, educating doctors, nurses, and staff on product usage and maintenance, and directing product evaluations in clinical settings.
