About The Position

As a sales representative in Stryker's Sports Medicine specialty, you will be the primary contact for Stryker products. You will act as a sales lead, preparing for and participating in sales pitches and demo meetings. You will also collaborate with cross-divisional sales representatives to establish strategic goals and targets. Your responsibilities will include participating in trade shows, analyzing market territories, managing inventory reports, negotiating prices and transaction terms, and resolving product issues for customers. Beyond just selling products, you will serve as a subject matter expert, educating doctors, nurses, and staff on product usage and maintenance, and directing product evaluations in operating room or office settings. This role offers daily variety and the freedom to manage your time to maximize value for customers and the market, with the opportunity to represent a leading medical device brand and impact patient care.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience working in an outside sales position (medical related fields preferred).
  • A minimum education level of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent of five (5) years of commercial sales experience or medical field experience including operating room experience.
  • Must be able to drive an automobile.
