About The Position

Nexgen Tooling, an innovative leader in the industrial tooling sector, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a full-time position based in Atlanta, Georgia, United States. The ideal candidate will be a passionate sales professional with a talent for building lasting client relationships and a drive to exceed targets. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from identifying new opportunities to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction with our state-of-the-art tooling solutions.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative, preferably within the manufacturing, engineering, or tooling industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
• A demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
• Highly self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive and professional demeanour.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in the MS Office suite.
• A strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn and articulate product features and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research to expand our customer base.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
• Present, promote, and sell Nexgen Tooling products and solutions, clearly articulating their value and technical specifications to prospective customers.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status within the company's CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure a cohesive approach and provide valuable market feedback.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify strategic opportunities.
