The Waste Pro Sales Representative is responsible for the short and long-term revenue growth of Waste Pro within a defined territory. This role involves targeted prospecting, business development, communication, relationship building, and consultative selling. The representative will acquire and extend contracts for waste collection, processing, transportation, and disposal by developing partnerships and interacting with customers, commercial clients, franchisers, business leaders, governmental officials, and key strategic partners. They will utilize strategic selling skills to understand economic and buying influences, collaborating with their Sales Manager and internal business partners to meet client expectations and close deals. The position also supports prospecting for potential clients, including municipal opportunities, in a defined area.
