About The Position

Indigo Signs, an upper Midwest-based custom sign manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to strengthen our position in the Alexandria market. We need your hunter sales mentality to help accomplish this! In this role, you will focus on business-to-business account development and revenue generation. You’re an experienced sales professional who enjoys meeting with prospective and current clients and understanding their needs and upcoming opportunities. You’re comfortable developing and delivering presentations and participating in customer meetings. You enjoy interacting with internal colleagues on developing the best solutions to customers’ needs.

Requirements

  • Proven success as a business-to-business sales professional.
  • Hunter driven mentality - self-motivated and performance driven.
  • Ability to accurately assess and analyze customer needs and identify solutions.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal colleagues on bringing a customer’s project to completion.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Passion for sales.
  • 3 Years with sign knowledge preferred.
  • Ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues in-person, phone, email, and MS Teams.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Experience using sales automation tools, software, and equipment to manage the sales and service process.
  • Ability to review and understand technical diagrams and construction blueprints is helpful.

Nice To Haves

  • Sign industry knowledge is a plus.
  • Creative / Design backgrounds a plus / preferred.
