About The Position

Join our dynamic team at Home Remodeling Pros of Central PA, a leading home remodeling company specializing in the design / build process for basement finishing, bathroom remodels, and kitchen remodels. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional craftsmanship and personalized design solutions that exceed our clients' expectations. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves working closely with our in-house designers to sell high-quality home remodeling projects. The ideal candidate will have a passion for home design and a proven track record in sales, particularly in the home improvement or remodeling industry.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the home remodeling or construction industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with home remodeling processes, materials, and industry standards.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Self-starter with a results-driven attitude and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and building long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Meet potential clients to understand their remodeling needs and preferences for basements, bathrooms, and kitchens.
  • Collaborate with our designers to present creative and practical remodeling solutions that meet client expectations.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales process to address questions, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Prepare detailed and accurate project proposals, including cost estimates and timelines.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to effectively position our services.
