Requirements

  • Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (but not required - we train the right people!)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of integrity, motivation, and a positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a team environment
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner to understand their automotive needs
  • Guide customers through the Subaru vehicle lineup, showcasing the value, safety, and reliability of our products
  • Stay informed about current inventory, features, and financing options
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers through excellent service before, during, and after the sale
  • Represent the Subaru brand and the Subaru Love Promise through community involvement and exceptional customer care
