About The Position

ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Small Business Services. This role targets clients and prospects with 1-49 employees within a defined geographic territory. The Sales Representative will identify and sign new clients for payroll, tax, human resources, benefits, and more, and sell additional solutions to existing clients. Responsibilities include cultivating relationships, setting appointments, gathering leads, assessing client needs, and closing business. While prior sales experience is not required, ADP provides high-quality sales training and teaches the use of modern sales technology. The role requires integrity, resilience, positivity, and a "refuse to lose" attitude. Success in this role is rewarded with uncapped commissions, incentive trips, and career advancement opportunities within a stable and respected tech company.

Requirements

  • One to two years of prior work experience or internships in Retail, Marketing, Business Development, Food Service, Insurance Sales, or another relevant industry, OR Military experience.

  • Deepen relationships within existing accounts by strategically cultivating additional business.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the network, demonstrating grace under pressure and high ethical standards.
