About The Position

ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Small Business Services. This role involves working within a defined geographic territory targeting clients with 1-49 employees. The primary responsibilities include identifying and signing new clients for payroll, tax, human resources, and benefits solutions, as well as selling additional solutions to existing clients. The role requires cultivating relationships, setting appointments, gathering leads, assessing client needs, and closing business, with a significant portion of time spent in the field. While prior sales experience is not required, the company provides high-quality sales training and equips representatives with the latest sales technology. Responsibilities

  • Grow business by closing sales, winning business, and reaching sales goals independently and collaboratively within an assigned geography.
  • Implement a sales strategy targeted to decision-makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business.
  • Cultivate additional business within existing accounts by selling cloud-based human resources solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the network, demonstrating grace under pressure and high ethical standards.
