About The Position

Regal Wine Company, a luxury wine distributor, is seeking a Sales Representative for its On-Premise division. The company prides itself on exceptional service, a world-class wine portfolio, and a commitment to employee training and development for long-term careers.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years sales experience required.
Available to work flexible hours, Monday to Friday, and occasional weekends for special events.
Ability to travel within California up to 6 times per year, out of the territory, for education and training.
Able to repetitively lift a minimum of 50 lbs; be able to bend, squat, climb, kneel, twist, and lift repetitively.
Must possess a current driver’s license; maintain current auto insurance and a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

Wine sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Achieve sales goals within assigned territory, including new placements, case, and revenue goals.
Provide educational wine training to accounts and staff through tastings, seminars, and special events.
Develop and maintain relationships with Regal Wine Company Management and supplier partners.
Maintain and grow the territory and drive new business.
Prioritize and preplan daily for each account to maximize efficiency and territory growth.
Construct unique wine presentations that embrace Regal Wine Company standards, programs, and initiatives.
Grow and foster professional relationships with key accounts in assigned territory.
Manage account receivable.
Communicate pertinent information between management, accounts, and marketplace.
Continue to develop wine knowledge, business acumen and sales skills to increase professional acumen.
Ability to adapt and respond to change quickly.
Other duties as assigned by District Manager or Regional Manager.
