They are currently hiring an On Premise Sales Representative in Boise, ID, to join their team and contribute to the fast-growing beverage sales distribution, focusing on emerging brands. This role involves building relationships with customers, understanding their business needs, providing product tastings and samples, planning sales strategies, presenting marketing materials, maintaining inventory, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Must have an Acceptable Motor Vehicle record
• Pre-employment drug testing and background check required
• You are competitive and like to work at a fast pace
• You are detail oriented and efficiently organized
• Can work well individually or in a team environment
• Able to take constructive feedback and willing to provide top notch customer service in accounts
• Can do/will do attitude
• Able to maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image to the public
• Able to lift and carry objects weighing up to 60 pounds

Nice To Haves

• Preferred knowledge of distribution industry
• Outside sales experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Safely drive your personal vehicle to our customer accounts including bars, restaurants, and specialty retail shops
• Build relationships with customers to understand their business needs and how Hayden can support those
• Provide tasting and sampling opportunities
• Planning and implementing sales strategies
• Build order on iPad and present to customer
• Present marketing materials and advertisements to clients and prospects promoting the use of our product lines
• Responsible for maintaining proper inventory levels and shelf maintenance in accounts
• Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective customers
