About The Position

My Senior Health Plan, a leader in the Medicare B2C space for nearly 20 years, is looking for a motivated and energetic Entry Level Sales Representative to join their growing team. As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in driving success by engaging clients and setting up appointments for the licensed sales team. You’ll be responsible for outbound and inbound calls, building relationships, and effectively communicating the value of My Senior Health Plan’s services.

Requirements

  • Associates degree in Business or related field.
  • Excellent phone presence and communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Tech-savvy and capable of managing multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • Strong interest in the insurance industry is essential.
  • Willingness and ability to become a licensed sales agent (all materials and training provided by My Senior Health Plan).

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls and take inbound calls to engage potential clients.
  • Professionally present My Senior Health Plan’s services and build rapport with provided leads.
  • Create and update client profiles in the CRM and assist with scheduling appointments or live transfers to licensed agents.
  • Use sales tactics to nurture leads and meet sales targets.
  • Stay informed about Medicare products and insurance basics.
  • Consistently meet sales goals and administrative deadlines.
