About The Position

JP IMPACT GROUP INC is seeking driven individuals to join their team as Entry-Level Field Sales Representatives. This is a customer-facing role where you will engage with people in local communities, understand their needs, present financial solutions, and guide them through the sales process. The role involves managing the customer journey from initial conversation to final sale, developing relationships, identifying needs, and explaining available solutions. Support will be provided for developing communication, sales, and customer relationship skills.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Reliable personal vehicle required.
  • Ability to travel within an assigned territory.
  • Comfortable working in a field-based, customer-facing environment.

  • Connect with prospective customers in local communities.
  • Start professional, face-to-face conversations with potential customers.
  • Build rapport and establish trust with a variety of customers.
  • Ask questions to understand customer needs and priorities.
  • Present financial products and solutions in a clear and professional manner.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and available options.
  • Answer questions and address customer concerns.
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact through closing.
  • Follow up with prospective customers and maintain accurate sales information.
  • Organize your daily schedule and manage customer interactions effectively.
  • Work toward individual sales and performance goals.
  • Continue developing your product knowledge and sales skills.
