About The Position

Lumivara Group Inc. is hiring an Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our Greensboro team. This full-time, in-person position focuses on customer engagement and sales at partnered retail locations. Representatives work directly with customers on behalf of a client in the water distribution industry, providing information about available products and services and assisting customers throughout the sales process. No previous sales experience is required. Paid training is provided.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and dependable
• Comfortable working directly with customers

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers at partnered retail locations
• Explain client products and services
• Answer questions and identify customer needs
• Assist customers throughout the sales process
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Maintain knowledge of current client offerings
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching
