About The Position

Lithia Kia of Anchorage is seeking a customer-focused Sales Representative to join their dynamic dealership team. As a key member of the sales staff, this role will help deliver a premium customer experience while guiding clients through the vehicle purchasing process. Requirements

6 months of commission sales experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organization, time management, and computer proficiency.
Self-motivated with a drive to exceed goals.
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting every customer.
Build strong relationships with customers, follow-up, and personalized service.
Conduct professional vehicle presentations and demonstration drives that highlight product features and benefits.
Proactively generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and consistent outreach efforts.
Accurately maintain customer information and sales activities in the CRM while following daily work plans and appointment schedules.
Maintain current knowledge of vehicle inventory, product features, pricing, financing options, and manufacturer incentives.
Guide customers through the sales and delivery process while ensuring a seamless, positive buying experience.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional showroom and vehicle display area that reflects dealership standards.
Participate in all required sales meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development to improve sales performance.
Mentor and support new Sales Representatives by providing coaching, role-playing, product knowledge training, CRM guidance, and regular communication with leadership to promote team success.
