Fred Astaire Dance Studios® is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to help grow our student community and share the joy of dance with new clients. Role Overview: As a Sales Representative, you will be pivotal in promoting our studio and converting inquiries into lifelong students. You will engage with prospective clients, conduct consultations, and collaborate closely with instructors and management to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in fitness, wellness, or arts education industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for customer engagement.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential new students through various outreach methods.
  • Conduct consultations to understand clients’ interests and recommend suitable programs.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
  • Work collaboratively with instructors and front desk staff to coordinate trial lessons and events.
  • Manage sales pipelines and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
  • Attend and represent the studio at community events and outreach opportunities.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
