This role is ideal for individuals with a strong drive to succeed and who are motivated by performance-based earnings. The position offers significant income growth potential with average earnings of $100,000+/year through uncapped commissions. The company provides a vehicle stipend and logo gear, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package. The Sales Representative will be responsible for canvassing neighborhoods, engaging potential customers, and promoting the company's roofing, remodeling, and restoration services. Key responsibilities include explaining services, performing roof inspections, and encouraging customers to book services. Success in this role requires strong time management, problem-solving abilities, and a polite and professional demeanor. Sales representatives will track their progress and adjust strategies to close deals.

Requirements

18+ years of age
Valid driver's license
Good driving record
Ability to obtain a solicitation permit
Physical ability to walk through neighborhoods and climb ladders regularly
Willingness to travel to different neighborhoods and local offices as needed
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening test
