About The Position

SouthernCarlson is seeking a Bilingual Outside Sales Representative to join their team full-time in Jacksonville, FL. This role involves building and managing a sales pipeline, developing new business through various outreach methods, managing customer accounts, and coordinating deliveries. The ideal candidate will spend significant time in the field, strengthening customer relationships and presenting tailored, solution-driven proposals. Requirements

• 1+ years of sales or business development experience (construction or industrial supply preferred)
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Mechanically inclined with knowledge of tools, fasteners, or jobsite supplies
• Established industry network or strong ability to build one
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Bilingual English/Spanish a plus)
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and solution-driven
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally
