About The Position

TPK Commercial Services is seeking driven, outgoing, and ambitious Experienced Sales Representatives to join and build our growing team! This is a full-cycle sales opportunity where you’ll take ownership of the entire customer experience — from prospecting and relationship-building to closing deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. You’ll work directly with commercial property owners, property managers, facility managers, HOAs, retail centers, industrial facilities, and commercial real estate professionals, helping them improve, maintain, and protect their properties through professional exterior maintenance and improvement solutions. Responsibilities

  • Prospect and connect with commercial property owners, property managers, facility managers, HOAs, and business decision-makers within assigned territories
  • Generate new business opportunities through face-to-face interactions, networking, business development efforts, and relationship-building
  • Conduct consultations to identify customer needs and recommend service solutions
  • Develop relationships that lead to both one-time project opportunities and recurring monthly service agreements
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
