About The Position

We’re looking for a driven, competitive, and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. This is an entry-level opportunity to build a career with a growing logistics company that offers high earning potential. In this role, you’ll develop customer relationships, identify and book freight, negotiate with carriers, manage shipments from pickup through delivery, and grow your book of business. You’ll have the opportunity to directly impact your results through your effort, sales ability, communication, and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities with shippers
Quote, negotiate, and book freight while maintaining profitable margins
Source, qualify, and negotiate with reliable carriers
Coordinate shipments from pickup through final delivery
Communicate proactively with customers, carriers, and internal teams
Track shipments and resolve issues quickly when problems arise
Build and maintain a strong book of business
Developing long-term customer and carrier relationships
Maintain accurate information and activity in company systems/CRM
Continuously improve your knowledge of transportation markets, lanes, pricing, and the freight industry
