Sales Representative - Oakville
About The Position
We are seeking motivated Sales Representatives to act as the face of Neo Financial. You will be directly responsible for customer acquisition by signing people up for Neo Credit card, Neo Money account, and other Neo products! Neo is a rapidly scaling tech startup on a mission to build a more rewarding financial future for all Canadians. We have top-ranked mobile apps and credit cards, a team of 500+ people, 1M+ customers, and 10K+ retail partners. We are hiring in advance of opening a location in Oakville in September, 2026.
Requirements
- A strong motivation to earn money and hit performance targets.
- Enthusiasm for sharing financial products and technology within your local community.
- Ability to travel to various event locations across your city.
- Successful candidates will be required to undergo a security screening, including a criminal records check and a credit check.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in direct sales, door-to-door sales, retail, telemarketing, or marketing is an asset.
