Surface Experts is seeking a Sales Representative who is passionate about building relationships and growing a business from the ground up. This role offers the freedom to manage your own day while being part of a supportive team. The position is 100% commission-based with no earning cap, providing significant earning potential from day one. Requirements

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of property management and/or construction.
  • Experience with a CRM tool and process.
  • Previous experience in commission-only roles, enjoying the freedom and opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Find and build relationships with customers in property management and facilities maintenance.
  • Educate people on what Surface Experts does and earn their trust.
  • Connect with 10-15 contacts a day through a mix of on-site visits, phone calls, and email follow-ups.
  • Get to know various industries including Property Management, Hotels, Movers, and Builders.
  • Show customers what Surface Experts can do and check in on their satisfaction.
  • Brainstorm and chase down new opportunities.
  • Learn sales scripts and practice through role-play.
  • Track every client in the CRM from first lead to Work Order.
  • Keep data accurate day to day, week to week.
  • Plan and own the sales strategy for your territory.
