About The Position

The goal of this position is to maximize sales through the promotion of our products with regular and continuous service to the assigned sales outlets, always ensuring correct execution. As a Sales Representative, your main responsibilities will be identifying and communicating market opportunities to increase sales, visiting assigned points of sale as part of a route, and working closely with external provider's employees, coordinating daily needs with them. You will be responsible for generating sales in assigned stores by knowing and having all the information to execute a sale, marketing products and executing displays, creating and maintaining customer relationships, scanning marketed products at each point of sale, performing inventory surveys to identify order needs and maintain inventory to avoid depletion, creating and maintaining solid relationships with personnel of the points of sales, negotiating the execution of additional exhibits, tasting events and activities that will promote products, and reporting truthfully and timely in the company's systems.

Requirements

  • Fully bilingual: English (conversational) and Spanish (fluent).
  • 1+ years of previous merchandising, sales, or customer service experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office and apps on cellular/Wireless devices.
  • Excellent Customer Service and Negotiation skills.
  • Must be able to work independently and within a team with limited supervision.
  • Availability to travel often to visit stores in different cities like Orlando and Jacksonville.
  • Must be able to walk and move around 2/3 of the time.
  • Using fingers to operate tools and devices.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
  • Must be able to talk, listen, and speak clearly on the phone and in person.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying and communicating to direct manager market opportunities to increase sales.
  • Visiting all points of sale assigned as part of a route.
  • Work closely with our external provider's employees, and coordinate with them daily needs.
  • Generating sales in the assigned stores by knowing and having all the information to execute a sale, marketing our products and executing the display, creating and maintaining customer relationships, scanning products that are marketed at each point of sale.
  • Performing an inventory survey at each point of sale to identify which products to order and keep inventory based on the store’s rotation to avoid depletion.
  • Creating and maintaining a solid relationship with personnel of the points of sales.
  • Negotiating with the points of sales the execution of additional exhibits, tasting events and activities that will promote our products.
  • Reporting in a truthful and timely manner in the different systems of the company the required information.
