About The Position

As a Frontline Sales Representative, you will work onsite at our sales location, guiding prospective members through our proven sales process. You’ll thrive in a collaborative environment with access to tools for success, including group sales presentations led by industry veterans and support from experienced team managers to help close sales.

Requirements

  • Previous sales experience preferred (auto, insurance, finance, luxury goods, hospitality)
  • Build trust and rapport easily
  • Handle stress and rejection effectively
  • Competitive, driven, confident communicator
  • Strong listener and quick thinker
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Persuasive personality
  • Driven to meet sales goals
  • Must hold or willing to obtain a TN Real Estate/Timeshare license
  • Ability to work during day, including weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to work onsite/in person at our sales location

Responsibilities

  • Conduct engaging in-person presentations to prospective members
  • Build rapport and establish trust with clients
  • Guide prospects through the sales process and close deals
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
