Allied National is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our growing Sales team! The Sales Rep will be a field-facing sales leader who will be responsible for driving general agency growth and production across an assigned territory. This role will be focused on recruiting, developing, and expanding general agencies and their downline agents, while executing strategic sales initiatives that increase market penetration, production, and long-term partnerships. The Sales Rep serves as a trusted advisor to General Agencies, providing leadership, training, and consultative support to help agencies scale profitably. This position is accountable for both production results and agency growth goals, and requires a high level of autonomy, relationship management, and strategic execution. To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with proven sales experience in the insurance industry, who also has a strong knowledge of group-based insurance products and consultative sales strategies.
