We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our team of driven professionals in Jacksonville, FL and help expand Norwood’s reach across North America. This role is instrumental in connecting customers with the right equipment to support their goals while continuing Norwood’s legacy of empowering independence through sawmilling. The Sales Representative works directly with prospective and existing customers through online channels, phone, email, and in-person interactions to convert leads into long-term customers. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to manage a high-volume pipeline while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales (equipment or industrial preferred)
  • Ability to manage pipeline and achieve targets
  • Strong communication and relationship skills
  • Self-motivated and competitive drive
  • Technical aptitude and product learning ability
  • CRM experience preferred
  • Customer-focused, consultative mindset
  • Ability to manage high-volume workload

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calling and proactive outreach
  • Manage and actively engage a $1M–$3M sales pipeline
  • Provide consultative guidance on Norwood products
  • Follow structured sales processes and upsell opportunities
  • Develop expert-level product knowledge
  • Continuously improve through learning and hands-on experience
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent service
  • Travel occasionally for training and events
