About The Position

Foxy Coatings is a fast-growing concrete coating company built by people who work hard, move fast, and take ownership. As a Sales Representative, you’ll meet homeowners in person using company-provided leads, understand their needs, and sell coating solutions you can stand behind. This is an outside, in-home sales role with a 100% commission structure, quick turnaround jobs (often completed the same day), and strong support from a reliable install team. If you enjoy being on the road, closing deals, and seeing fast results from your effort, this role offers real momentum, ownership, and upside.

Requirements

  • Enjoy being on the road and meeting people daily
  • Strong communication skills — in person, over the phone, and in writing
  • High level of accountability and follow-through
  • Comfortable managing responsibility and understanding the ripple effect of your actions
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Availability that aligns with a growing business (this is not a strict 9–5 role)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-home consultations, and close same-day sales
  • Communicate clearly, build trust, and set the right expectations
  • Handle objections and guide customers to a decision
  • Enter clear notes in the CRM and communicate with Operations and Install teams
  • Manage your pipeline, follow-ups, and sales goals from start to finish
