About The Position

Rock Solid Construction of the Carolinas is seeking a driven Sales Representative to serve the South Charlotte and surrounding area market. This role is supported by a strong sales platform and an exclusive working relationship with Lowe’s, which generates thousands of leads from homeowners actively seeking exterior remodeling services. The Sales Representative will meet with homeowners, inspect project needs, present solutions, build estimates, and guide customers through their exterior remodeling projects, representing Rock Solid Construction professionally in the field and in Lowe’s-related opportunities.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Meet with homeowners for sales appointments
  • Sell exterior remodeling projects such as siding, windows, doors, decks, and related construction services
  • Follow up with leads and customers consistently
  • Build accurate scopes and proposals
  • Use company sales tools and CRM systems properly
  • Maintain strong communication with the production team
  • Represent Rock Solid and Lowe’s professionally
  • Build relationships in the South Charlotte market
  • Self-generate additional leads and opportunities
  • Attend store visits and maintain field presence as needed
