Responsibilities

  • Build rapport with customers
  • Dive deeper and counsel customers wants and needs
  • Guide them through the luxury vehicle buying experience
  • Demonstrate premium Volvo technology
  • Leverage social media and other platforms to self-market
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Consistently develop product knowledge and sales skills
