BUILD IT is seeking a driven and motivated Sales Representative to support new business growth across the GTA. This is an excellent opportunity for a relationship-focused sales professional who enjoys proactive outreach, building connections, and contributing to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment within commercial construction. You will play a key role in generating opportunities, developing client relationships, and supporting the sales process from initial outreach through project award.

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with outbound outreach and proactive prospecting
  • Motivated, organized, and results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in construction, commercial services, real estate, architecture, or design is considered an asset
  • Existing GTA network within commercial or B2B industries is considered a strong asset

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities daily
  • Conduct outreach through calls, emails, networking, and industry events
  • Build relationships with prospective clients and industry partners
  • Assist with proposals, presentations, and client meetings
  • Support leadership with strategic growth initiatives
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates
  • Foster long-term client relationships that support repeat business opportunities
  • Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of prospective clients and opportunities
  • Supporting business development efforts across the GTA
  • Developing relationships with owners, developers, consultants, franchise groups, and other key stakeholders
  • Contributing to revenue growth through proactive outreach and consistent follow-through
  • Supporting BUILD IT’s continued expansion across key commercial sectors

Benefits

  • Annual base salary of $50,000–$70,000 plus a performance-based commission
