Multi-Clean, a well-established Commercial Janitorial Service company based in Oklahoma, is looking for a dynamic and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team in the Knoxville area. With 30 years of experience serving customers in Tulsa and Oklahoma City, Multi-Clean is a family-owned business known for its friendly culture and customer-focused service. We are seeking a sales professional who is enthusiastic, driven, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
- Grow our commercial janitorial service business by building relationships and helping new customers find the right cleaning plan.
- Own your pipeline from first contact through close, with a focus on long-term customer satisfaction.
- Prospecting, setting appointments & conducting onsite walk-throughs.
- Preparing quotes and proposals, negotiating and closing agreements, and keeping accurate notes and activity in a CRM.
- Handle operational duties including supervising and managing commercial cleaning accounts.
