Responsibilities

Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to follow up with prospects based upon information gathered from lead generation programs
Provide direct sales support for small and medium-sized prospects
Engage with prospects and clients in a compelling and articulate manner in both verbal and written communications
Research prospects to identify key contacts within an organization
Help to ensure new clients experience a seamless transition between the Sales and Client Services teams
Enter prospect and customer information into CRM system (SugarCRM)
Respond to phone calls, emails, and live chat from sales prospects and set appointments, when necessary
Assist with other sales administrative tasks
