About The Position

Southern Roofing and Renovations is seeking multiple full-time Sales Representatives to join their team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong drive to succeed and who are motivated by performance-based earnings. The position offers significant income growth potential with average earnings of $100,000+/year through uncapped commissions. The company provides a vehicle stipend and logo gear in addition to a comprehensive benefits package. Sales Representatives will be responsible for canvassing neighborhoods, engaging potential customers, and promoting the company's roofing, remodeling, and restoration services. The role requires independent work, strong time management, and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities include interacting with homeowners, assessing their needs, performing roof inspections, explaining services, and encouraging bookings. Sales representatives will also track their progress and adjust strategies to close deals.

Requirements

18+ years of age
Valid driver's license
Good driving record
Ability to obtain a solicitation permit
Physical ability to walk through neighborhoods and climb ladders regularly
Willingness to travel to different neighborhoods and local offices as needed

Responsibilities

Canvassing different neighborhoods around the area
Engaging with potential customers
Increasing interest in high-quality roofing, remodeling, and restoration services
Working independently, requiring time management skills and problem-solving abilities
Engaging with homeowners, learning about their remodeling needs
Performing roof inspections to get a firsthand look at their situation
