About The Position
The Gainey Agency is expanding and is looking for motivated individuals who enjoy helping people and are ready to build a rewarding career. This is a 100% remote position with a flexible schedule, offering unlimited earning potential. No prior insurance experience is required; the agency provides comprehensive training and support to help individuals succeed. The role involves meeting with clients virtually or over the phone, helping families find suitable insurance solutions, building client relationships, and participating in ongoing training. It is an independent contractor position based on performance-based compensation (commission).
Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must be willing to obtain a state insurance license (we'll guide you through the process)
- Self-motivated and coachable
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable using technology
- Able to work independently
