- Meet virtually with clients using Zoom.
- Provide outstanding customer service and client support.

- Guide clients through the enrollment process.
- Maintain accurate client information and follow-up documentation.
- Participate in ongoing coaching and leadership development.
- Build long-term relationships through exceptional service.
