Responsibilities

  • Educate customers on available coverage options, including accident, health, disability, life, and other supplemental insurance products.
  • Navigate conversations with confidence, turning initial interactions into valuable opportunities.
  • Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating terms and securing agreements.
  • Maintain high levels of self-motivation and discipline to consistently achieve daily activity and sales targets.
  • Adapt to various environments and customer interactions with professionalism and enthusiasm while delivering exceptional customer service.
