About The Position

The Sales Representative will use their determination and drive to capitalize on sales opportunities, exceed leadership expectations and successfully reach sales goals. This role is responsible for all sales activities in an assigned geographic territory, focusing on growth and strengthening retailer relations. The representative will present factual sales data and periodic business reviews to authorized decision makers, while maintaining account rapport, ensuring case sales replenishment and growth, quality assurance of products, and follow-up communication. Effective planning and execution of sales promotions, customer satisfaction, and compliance with the company's Product Freshness Rotation Policy are also key responsibilities. The role involves partnering and communication with a dedicated Service Representative to ensure excellent customer service and performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills and maintaining quality standards of products by the rotation.
  • Ability to solve practical problems.
  • Ability to work in a friendly manner as part of a team and to develop effectively working relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to accurately add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure.
  • Ability to be punctual in meeting route scheduling and attention to detail.
  • Intermediate computer skills, particularly in Word and Excel.
  • Possesses a valid driver's license in the state of residence while maintaining a good driving record.

  • Minimum 3-5 years sales experience in beverage distribution or related sales experience.
