About The Position

Mongoose Jetters, a division of Sewer Equipment, provides high-quality and innovative sewer cleaning products for the contractor market. We offer a wide array of product offerings from high-pressure, high-volume trailer and truck-mounted sewer jetters. We are looking for employees who can perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision, interact professionally with other employees and customers, work effectively as a team contributor, and work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts. This role involves growing a geographic territory utilizing exceptional time and territory management.

Requirements

  • Efficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook) and VPN
  • Efficient with Windows based ERP programs (brand specific not required)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Bachelor’s or Associate degree in business or related field
  • 5 or more years' experience in a related position

Responsibilities

  • Service existing customers, obtain orders and establish new customers by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade contacts.
  • Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential customer markets.
  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules and merchandising techniques.
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by reviewing professional publications and establishing personal networks.
