Requirements

Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A motivated, self-driven, and accountable mindset
Experience in business development, sales, customer-facing roles, or real estate-related industries preferred
Someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people and growing a network
Professionalism, positivity, and a willingness to learn and grow
High School Diploma or equivalent
2- 5 years of successful residential Title/Real estate industry experience
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
Requires a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Build and strengthen relationships with Realtors, lenders, builders, investors, and community partners throughout Northern Nevada
Develop new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and relationship management
Partner closely with escrow and operational teams to deliver exceptional client experiences
Establish a strong local market presence through consistency, responsiveness, and follow-through
Help drive regional growth while building your own long-term career path
