About The Position
Jackson Automotive Group is seeking professional, bilingual (English/Spanish) Sales Representatives to join our team. Training is available for the right candidate. We’re looking for highly motivated individuals with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to professionalism and integrity. Fluency in Spanish is required.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish is required.
- Must be able to pass a background and drug screen

Responsibilities
- Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Exhibit a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
- Attend product and sales training courses.
- Follow up on all post-delivery items such as title/paperwork, feature & benefit usage and any special requests to ensure that customer expectations are not just met but exceeded.
