About The Position

ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Small Business Services. This role involves working within a defined geographic territory targeting clients and prospects with 1-49 employees. The Sales Representative will identify and sign new clients for payroll, tax, human resources, and benefits solutions, and sell additional solutions to existing clients. Daily activities include cultivating relationships, setting appointments, gathering leads from business partners, assessing client needs to present ADP solutions, and closing business in the field. The company provides high-quality sales training and the latest sales technology. The role requires integrity, resilience, positivity, and a refuse-to-lose attitude, with challenges expected to drive determination. Requirements

  • One to two years of prior work experience or internships in Retail, Marketing, Business Development, Food Service, Insurance Sales, or another relevant industry, OR Military experience.

Responsibilities

  • Grow business by closing sales, winning business, and reaching sales goals independently and collaboratively.
  • Implement a sales strategy targeted to decision-makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business.
  • Cultivate additional business within existing accounts by selling cloud-based human resources solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the network, demonstrating grace under pressure and high ethical standards.
