Clarkston Costco Sales Rep needed! $26/hr + COMMISSION
About The Position
Direct Demo is hiring energetic, courteous, and sales-driven representatives to promote and sell Qunol and Zena nutritional supplements at the Clarkston Costco. Products include Super Greens, Liquid Collagen, CoQ10, and Turmeric. Representatives are trained to demonstrate product features, benefits, and value, and to encourage sales among Costco members. The role is suited to motivated self-starters who enjoy interacting with people and working toward sales goals. Representatives work independently as the only team member at their location. Demo shifts run from 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with all days available. Weekends are noted as the best days for earning commission. Compensation starts at $26 per hour, plus commission for exceeding sales quotas. The company provides a promotional kit and biweekly pay by direct deposit. Requirements
- Outgoing personality and ability to approach and talk to customers.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Experience with direct sales.
- Email and basic computer or mobile-device skills.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
- Ability to lift and carry an approximately 15-pound, 4-foot folding table between the parking lot and store.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Submit a current resume and answer all screening questions.
Responsibilities
- Approach and interact with Costco members to promote brands provided by suppliers.
- Demonstrate and explain the features, benefits, and value of nutritional supplement products to encourage sales.
- Present yourself and the company competently and professionally while at Costco.
- Provide excellent customer service to Costco members on behalf of Direct Demo.
- Work independently without direct supervision as the only team member at the location.
- Carry the folding table, products, demonstration supplies, and sales materials between the car and store.
