About The Position

Direct Demo is hiring sales representatives to promote and sell Qunol and Zena nutritional supplements at the Salem Costco. Representatives demonstrate the features, benefits, and value of products including Super Greens, Liquid Collagen, CoQ10, and Turmeric. The role is presented as an opportunity for people who enjoy interacting with customers, working toward sales goals, and acting as brand ambassadors. Available demo hours are 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; all days are available, and weekends are described as the best days for commission. The position pays starting at $26 per hour plus commission based on surpassing sales quotas. The employer provides a promotional kit and biweekly pay by direct deposit. Employment is W-2. Requirements

Outgoing personality and ability to approach and talk to customers.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Experience with direct sales.
Email skills and basic computer or mobile-device skills.
Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to carry a 4-foot folding table weighing approximately 15 pounds, along with products, demonstration supplies, and sales materials.

Responsibilities

Approach and interact with Costco members to promote brands provided by suppliers.
Demonstrate and explain the features, benefits, and value of nutritional supplement products.
Promote and sell Qunol and Zena products, including Super Greens, Liquid Collagen, CoQ10, and Turmeric products.
Represent Direct Demo and its suppliers competently and professionally at Costco.
Provide excellent customer service to Costco members.
Work independently without direct supervision as the only team member at the location.
Transport a folding table, products, demonstration supplies, and sales materials between the car and store at the beginning and end of each shift.
