About The Position

We leverage the strength and reputation of the Honda brand to provide competitive pay plans with performance-based incentives. As a Sales Representative, you will present vehicle models, trim options, and other vehicle attributes, as well as purchase and finance options and available service programs. You will also be responsible for completing follow-ups, maintaining relationships with customers, tracking customers using the store's management system, and staying up-to-date on Honda products, features, and accessories by attending product and training courses.

Requirements

1+ years of experience in automotive sales
1+ years of experience in customer service
Previous experience with Honda or Acura brands.
Ability to communicate with customers in person, over the phone and other digital communication channels.
Working knowledge of computer systems and office software
Self motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

Present vehicle models, trim options and other vehicle attributes
Present purchase and finance options along with service programs available.
Complete follow up's and maintain relationships with previous and prospective customers.
Track customers using store specific management system/s.
Keep up to date of Honda products, features and accessories. Attend product and training courses.
