Sales Representative – 1099 | $80K–$110K+ | Roofing Sales
About The Position
Premier Roofing is a national storm restoration company with over 20 years of experience and 14 locations nationwide. We specialize in roofing, siding, and gutters. Our business model focuses on assisting homeowners who have experienced storm damage by navigating the insurance process and restoring their properties. This is a field-based, consultative, and relationship-driven role where you will engage with homeowners in their neighborhoods, identify damage, and guide them through the insurance claim and restoration process. It is not a call center or desk job with a quota sheet.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to learn and apply feedback
- Comfortable interacting with people
- Self-directed and able to manage your own schedule and output
- Physically mobile, able to work outdoors and potentially on rooftops
- Resilient and able to handle rejection
Nice To Haves
- Sales experience is a plus
- Experience in the roofing industry is not required
Responsibilities
- Canvass storm-affected neighborhoods to identify damage and introduce Premier's services
- Meet with homeowners, inspect damage, and build enough trust to earn a second conversation
- Educate homeowners on their options and support them through the insurance process
- Schedule inspections and coordinate with our production team through project completion
- Participate in weekly training and ongoing skill development
