Sales Representative – 1099 | $80K–$110K+ | Roofing Sales
About The Position
Premier Roofing is a national storm restoration company specializing in roofing, siding, and gutters, with over 20 years of experience and 14 locations nationwide. We are seeking Sales Representatives to identify storm damage, meet with homeowners, and guide them through the insurance claim and restoration process. This is a field-based, consultative, and relationship-driven role, not a call center or desk job. We provide comprehensive training, including classroom onboarding, field shadowing, and ongoing skill development, to ensure our representatives can achieve a productive income quickly. Many of our successful representatives come from outside the roofing industry.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to learn and apply feedback
- Comfortable interacting with people
- Self-directed and able to manage one's own schedule and output
- Physically mobile, able to work outdoors and potentially on rooftops
- Resilient in the face of rejection
Nice To Haves
- Sales experience is a plus
- Previous experience in the roofing industry is not required
Responsibilities
- Canvass storm-affected neighborhoods to identify damage and introduce Premier's services
- Meet with homeowners, inspect damage, and build trust to earn further conversations
- Educate homeowners on their options and support them through the insurance process
- Schedule inspections and coordinate with the production team through project completion
- Participate in weekly training and ongoing skill development
