About The Position
MPower Direct is an energy company helping homeowners throughout the East Coast access clean, affordable energy solutions. We're looking for motivated individuals who want to develop valuable sales, communication, and leadership skills while being rewarded for their performance. No previous sales experience is required. Requirements
- Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States
- No sales experience required—comprehensive training provided
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with people face-to-face
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Competitive, coachable, and goal-oriented

Responsibilities
- Connect directly with Newark-area homeowners and introduce them to renewable energy solutions
- Educate customers about renewable energy programs and potential savings
- Present solutions using MPower's proven sales process
- Guide qualified customers through enrollment
- Achieve daily and weekly performance goals
- Participate in ongoing coaching, team meetings, and professional development
