About The Position

MPower Direct is expanding its Chicago team and seeking motivated individuals for a face-to-face sales role. No previous sales experience is required, as the company provides paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing support. The role involves working in assigned Chicago-area neighborhoods, speaking directly with homeowners, introducing them to an energy supplier's program, and assisting interested customers with the enrollment process.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners in assigned Chicago-area neighborhoods
• Build rapport and have professional, face-to-face conversations
• Introduce homeowners to our energy supplier's program
• Clearly explain the program and answer customer questions
• Help interested customers complete the enrollment process
• Participate in daily training and coaching
• Work toward individual and team goals
